Over the past few years, I have been making greeting cards for the family, I start out with the copy and work on the image to fit so that the words and the image speak as one voice, to the mind as well as the heart.

The card was a painting done on canvas, touched up in photoshop, the rest of it was done in illustrator. The tank you card was done in illustrator, all copy is of my own creation.

this was a anniversary card done for a client to celebrate their 25 wedding anniversary it was done in photoshop and illustrator, all the copy that i use is of original content with about 8 to 9 rewrites to make sure it fits the right purpose.

this was a x-mas card done for a client las year, they did not want to have a usual holiaday cheer but rather a different approch some thing that warmed the heart and brought a smile to ones face I thing that this one did just that. The photos were touched and done in coral painter and photoshop and finished in illustrator.

I have always thought that a piece of art is a story and the viewer is the story teller, telling
the story from their own beliefs and their own experiences of their life, it is when the piece and the viewer are one that the art comes to life and the real magic begins.

This is called cougar morning, a 16 x 20 acrylic on canvas, to capture wild life in its essance is a diffacult thing to do, it is more then the enviroment they are in, more then their home it is their world the place where they belong, that brings out the character.

This is called Thinking of you, a 16 x 20 acrylic on canvas, some times adding a human element to a piece can bring the viewer closer to the art as well as them selves.

This is called woodcutters inn, a 16 x 20 acrylic on canvas, creating a piece that can capture the heart is a great thing, but if you can add a element of the mind to that then you bring a world that comes to life before the viewers eyes.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

This was done to promote childern's health and puma shoes and sports wear, I used photoshop and the layout done in illustrator, it was part of a 3 piece ad with a package design to go alone with it, with in the package was shoes made for boys/grils as well as sweats for boys/grils, and a t-shirt for boys/grils, all with the puma kids logo.

This was a real estate promo ad done in illustrator , this was done to promote a new housing community that was being built.

This was done in photoshop and illustrator, used for a bi-weekly children's magazine, in the effort the increase the interest in the science in kids today I came up with this where kids can read about space and start a new generation of dreamers for the new century.

This was done in illustrator to promote a salon , done for magazine and news paper, the illustration was done in adobe illustrator.


This was one of 3 public services ads about abuse, they were done in photoshop and illustrator, after playing with the layout of the ads and the wording I found the direct approch was a much better way to drive home the point of the subject matter, making people think and with hope ask questions about who and why.
